Kyoto Photos

On top of the temple in Kyoto. It was nearly 100 degrees Fahrenheit, but we made the climb up the mountain to see the beautiful sites.
Kinkaju-ji, the Golden Pavilion in Kyoto. I enjoyed this place very much!

The very scary 'ninja' at the Kyoto Movie Park.

Does 100 degrees in Japan feel like 100 degrees in NC??? Violet has also commented on your pictures. She especially liked the one you snapped of Mt. Ranier wayyyyy back in your trip! I'm sure you'll have many more for us to see when you return.
(Alexander still questions your eating the whole thing --cotton candy!)

Sarah,
We are loving reading all that you are doing. Everything sounds exciting and exotic, especially the food! We are so glad you are having a fantastic time. Levi wants to know if the eel was disgusting. The golden palace sounds beautiful. Keep sending those pictures!

Whoah man! Golden temple? Amazing. I hope you're having fun, even though it's so hot. (Flagstaff is freakishly cool, temp-wise, and I'm dragging out the jackets mom made me pack "just in case." it also happens to be monsoon season here.) Tell Tomo that I love her hat!
